New Prenatal Yoga Classes Added!

Keep practicing and all is coming. 💓

While most of my classes are on hold, Back to Basics class and Prenatal Yoga are still ongoing!

We have added new Prenatal Yoga classes on Sundays to accommodate more mummies in our new location in Yishun.

Now Prenatal classes are available virtually and physically on Mondays 1030am, Fridays 5pm, Saturdays 330pm and Sundays 2pm.

Prenatal Yoga is a mindful practice to tune in to your body and connect with your baby. It’s recommended for mothers to start in their 2nd trimester with the approval of the gynaecologist.
